In the year 2017, lots of female celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Emma Watson and Shonda Rhimes has claims that they have experienced sexually harass by their male boss or colleague. This event is origin in October, 2017, when dozen of women accused Harvey Weinstein, a film producer, had done some sexual abuse over 20 years in the New York Time. Weinstein responded those abusement as a non-consense sex. This ultimately spread on the internet and media. Later on, many celebrities started to use twitter or Instagram tag "#Metoo" and "#Times Up" to support all women and against the men who sexually harassed them. In 2018, there are over hundreds celebrities have supported the Times Up group, a legal Fund provides subsidized legal support to those who have experienced in sexual assault in order to stop sexual harassment for all female workers in anyplace.

In the 2018 Golden Globe awards, most of the celebrities like Justin Timberlake and Armie Hammer, wore in black and a Times Up pin in purpose to support the Times Up movement that tolerate discrimination harassment and abuse. They used black fashion to send the message that harrasment have misconduct the entire country and according to The Hollywood Reporter, all pins the actor wore, had designed by the costume designer and stylist Arianna Phillips.

In my opinion, I think this is a serious issue that should never happen again. We should focus on basic human rights and clarify the border between our bodies, in order to avoid and prevent similar tragedy happen again. Base on the "Time’s Up’s mission statement" , if you witness any harassing situation, you should jump out and stop it immediately, if you cannot do any things to stop it, you can still support the harassed person by corroborating and confirming the account of what happened.
